About
Hi, I’m Robin.
I offer sound therapy sessions designed to help people slow down, relax, and allow their nervous system to settle. In a world that often feels busy and demanding, my aim is simply to create a calm and supportive space where people can take time to rest deeply.
My sessions use gentle sounds and vibrations to guide the body into a state of relaxation, helping people step away from stress and reconnect with a sense of balance.
Who sessions are for
Sound therapy sessions can be helpful for people who:
• feel stressed or overwhelmed
• struggle to fully switch off or relax
• want time to rest and reset their nervous system
• are simply curious about the experience of sound therapy
No previous experience with meditation or sound therapy is needed.
How I discovered sound therapy
My interest in sound began through a wider curiosity about music, vibration, and the way sound can influence how we feel.
Over time I became increasingly interested in the calming effects that certain tones and instruments can have on the body and mind. Exploring these sounds gradually developed into a personal practice, and eventually into something I wanted to share with others.
What started as a curiosity has grown into a way of helping people experience deep relaxation and stillness through sound.
What a session is like
Sessions are simple and gentle.
You lie down comfortably while a range of instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes are played around you. The sounds create soft vibrations and tones that help guide the nervous system into a deeply relaxed state.
There is no effort required from you during a session — you simply allow yourself time to rest and experience the sounds as they unfold.
Many people describe the experience as calming, grounding, and deeply restorative.
